But for $130.00, I don't expect them to show up broken and dying. What can we do to fix the issue?When I was contacted by the department head, I explained that my boss had asked me to purchase the flowers for his wife's birthday and that I couldn't send him home with half-dead flowers. She asked me what time he would be leaving the office. A nice lady showed up with the most beautiful flower arrangement that I have ever seen. I thought the first arrangement was beautiful, but the replacement was outstanding! I don't like fresh flowers and I wanted to take them home for myself, that's how perfect they were.I commend everyone that I spoke with yesterday for making this happen.
